PLEASE NOTE: we cannot accept responsibility for any additional import or custom fees that may be applied when entering your delivery country, this includes shipments to the EU post-Brexit.

Delivery costs are calculated by weight and volume.

UK: Delivery usually within 1-2 business days - 85p
EUROPE: International Standard delivery usually within 3-5 business days - £3
REST OF WORLD: International Standard delivery usually within 6-7 business days - £4

WALLPAPER ROLLS

UK: Delivery usually within 2-5 business days - FREE
EUROPE: Delivery usually within 2-5 business days - £20
USA & CANADA: Delivery usually within 3-5 business days - £25
REST OF WORLD: Delivery usually within 7-14 business days - £35

If in stock, wallpaper is despatched within 1-2 business days using a courier company (UPS).

Returns

FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS
Goods are very carefully packed but in the rare case you receive a faulty or damaged item please get in touch within 7 working days of receipt of goods and we will be very happy to help and offer a replacement or refund. Proof of damage to the packaging and item will be required for the courier company. Please email sam@fortyvenus.co.uk with photos/details.

RETURNS
Refunds are accepted if goods are returned in the original packaging and undamaged within 14 days of purchase.

Please email sam@fortyvenus.co.uk to request a returns form.

Customers must arrange for the item(s) to be returned themselves and at their own cost. We advise using a tracked and insured service.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned order safely, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 days.
