Ikejime Quality

Originating in Japan, Ikejime is a humane fish-killing technique involving the insertion of a spike – an Ikejime tool – into the fish's brain immediately after capture. The process is quick and respectful. Eliminating unnecessary stress not only improves the welfare of the fish but results in a far superior quality tasting product that stays fresher for a longer period of time.

Ikejime Quality is a London-based company set up in 2017. The logo takes influences from the client's Japanese heritage combined with a European feel and is used across stationery, stickers and gill tags.

Claire Maw Photography

Claire Maw is a photographer based in West Yorkshire, whose work covers landscape, portraits, urban landscapes and street photography.

Claire's brief asked for a self-contained logo easily transferable across the social media platforms. The result is a modern typographic device with a touch of retro, inspired by the earthy tones from one of Claire's atmospheric landscape photographs taken in North Wales.

Claire van der Steen

Based in France, Claire van der Steen provides a holistic massage and beauty service. Claire wanted an identity that moved away from the usual imagery associated with this industry. The brief was to create a unique brand 'stamp' that conveyed tranquility and purity, with a sense of nature. Together we developed an identity based on a mandala. Loosely translated from Sanskrit to mean 'circle', a mandala represents a spiritual wholeness.

Insight School of Art

Located in Barnet, North London, the Insight School of Art specialises in providing the highest standard of leisure painting and drawing tuition for adults and children. 

Insight School of Art required a new identity style with an understated, clean and modern feel. Alongside the new font style and colour palette, a set of A1 posters were designed advertising the art classes available. For some of the posters we created patterns relating to the studio, with others showing students' work.

Chocolatier Australia Retail Shops

Chocolatier Australia has two retail shops located in Hampton and Ivanhoe. Abundant with chocolate delights, these shops needed to move forward with seasonal product catalogues. Together with pull-up banners and marketing material, the on-going catalogues convey the company's innovation, expertise and personalisation – maintaining its Australian heritage whilst creating a younger feel for a new audience.

Consumers International

Consumers International, a not-for-profit company, is the only independent global campaigning voice for consumers.

To promote the Traffic (Amendment) Bill 2014 in Kenya, CI needed infographics – three simple and one more detailed – for use across Twitter and Facebook. These graphics needed to be eye-catching and instantly informative.

Infographics were created for the report 'The Internet of Things and challenges for consumer protection' and for Consumers International's annual report on the Bloomberg Advocacy Incubator, to effectively show each country's activities in strengthening road safety laws.

Amnesty International

Amnesty International is a worldwide non-governmental organisation campaigning for human rights. Working as a member of the publishing team, projects included; campaign material, direct mail, bimonthly journal, annual reports and exhibition design.

- Geography of Corporate Risk Pack
Amnesty International 
and IBLF (International Business Leaders Forum) collaborated to produce a series of seven detailed maps depicting where human rights abusers and violations exist and where leading north American and European multinational companies are at risk of being associated with them. This challenging project required a key to be devised to communicate the vast amount of information portrayed on each of the seven maps.

Conversocial

Conversocial is a leading cloud-based social customer service solution with headquarters in New York and London. Companies such as Hertz, Barclaycard, Marks & Spencer, Tesco and Volkswagen, use Conversocial's software to manage customer service across social media platforms.

Projects have included an overall rebrand inline with the company's growth from a small start-up in London's technology hub to becoming a major player for customer service-focused companies.

Chocolatier Australia

Chocolatier Australia is an Australian-made and family-owned chocolate company. Its state-of-the-art factory sits in West Heidelberg where a whole array of delectable chocolates are produced.
The gourmet Easter egg's brief was to add colour and shelf-standout to the existing range. Variants were denoted by a flavour inspired gradient with each main colour continued on the inside. Adding to its premium quality, the pack was printed a rich chocolate colour and foil-blocking was increased. With flavours that included 'macadamia, sultana & coconut' and 'caramel fudge & biscuit', product sampling was a pure joy.

Charlie & Charley

'Charlie & Charley' were born to raise money for seriously ill and injured children across Australia. 

The brief was to create a quality chocolate Easter bunny targeted at both boys and girls. Creating these bunnies from initial drawings to their eventual 'coming to life' was a rewarding project. Charlie, along with Charley, his milk chocolate no-added-sugar friend, travelled Australia, appeared on TV, and raised $134 000 for the Children’s Hospital Foundations Australia, a national fundraising partnership of five of Australia’s children’s hospitals. 
The bunnies retailed in Woolworths, Big W and Thomas Dux stores throughout Australia.

Jacksons of Piccadilly

Jacksons of Piccadilly  is famous for blending and sourcing high quality teas. Its reputation for selling the best teas in London began in the 19th century.

These project visuals were an exploration of a potential new entry into the organic tea market. We worked to create a mood specific tea range that moved away from the 'dowdy' image the specialised tea sector had at that time. Graphics, along with pack language, format and substrate were market tested.

Purina Proplan Cat & Dog

ProPlan Cat is a premium specialist pet-food brand from Nestlé PURINA. This re-launch brief sought to improve weak shelf-standout and add warmth to the range. By introducing strong brand blocking, emotive images and clear variety differentiation, this Pan European brand re-launch helped improve sales by 100%.

Proplan Dog's relaunch into 23 markets included extensive icon work to portray the large range of lifestyle and life-stage varieties' benefits. Both design and production team had the daunting challenge of working with the pack's 19 languages.

Purina Cat Chow

Purina Cat Chow is a specialist cat food range. This redesign focused on the 'natural' aspect of the product. There was a need to pull away from 'human intervention'; to show the cat in its natural habitat doing what comes naturally. The size of the image was kept small, a move away from the brand's usual large-sized imagery.

Purina ONE

Purina ONE  is a super premium dry pet food range sold through the grocery channel. This brand relaunch covered over 20 European markets and was hugely successful. Printed on a metallic substrate, the pack design included the development of a range of icons to communicate each life stage's targeted benefits.
